Do you ship internationally?
YES, but not from our website. For international orders (outside of the United States), please purchase from our Etsy website: http://www.eclectiquas.etsy.com
Can you make custom jewelry from my china?
Please see our custom listings under “Custom Made from Your China.” After you place an order for the jewelry of your choice, you will receive a form to complete, along with instructions about sending your china, the design process, and delivery information.
How do I find sizing information?
Sizing information is stated on all listings, and items are displayed on models to show relative size.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is available at the time of checkout for an additional $4.00 per item. For special gifts, we offer a personalized handwritten gift card, and request that you provide your name, the gift recipient’s name, the occasion (if applicable), and your message. Please note that cups and saucers, and notecard sets are not eligible for gift wrapping.
What shipping methods do you use?
Our packages are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages sent with free shipping are sent with Ground Advantage, and Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available for additional fees at the time of checkout.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
Shipping transit speed is determined by the postage that is chosen at the time of checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates made by the United States Postal Service, and postal delays are unpredictable. eclectiQuas is unable to guarantee delivery dates. With questions about the delivery of your package, please check your tracking number at USPS.com, or with your local post office, as USPS will have the most updated information.
Can I return my order?
All eclectiQuas items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, and only if the merchandise is still in unused, salable condition. All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to the return of merchandise. Please contact us within 48 hours of package delivery with any problems with your order.
Can I receive a return shipping label?
Customers are responsible for return postage on all returns and exchanges, after return or exchange approval.
How are exchanges handled?
The items for exchange will only ship upon receipt of merchandise that is in unused, salable condition. Exchanged items that were originally shipped with free shipping, will ship with regular shipping costs Any differences in price, between shipping costs or the item being exchanged with the new item, will result in either a refund or a request to compensate for the new price.
I did not receive my package, can I get a refund?
eclectiQuas is not responsible for refunding or replacing orders that have been marked "Delivered" by USPS. If you did not receive your package, but USPS marked it as delivered, please contact your local post office for delivery. USPS scans each package, and is able to determine when and to what address the package was delivered. If a mistake was made on the part of USPS, they will help you retrieve your package.
Please contact USPS to resolve all non deliveries. If the package was delivered to your address, it is unlikely that USPS will be able to help you locate your package. If this is the case, consider filing a stolen mail report with the post office and your local police, as there may be mail theft in your area. If your package was not delivered, and tracking does not show that it was received, please contact us at eclectiQuas.info@gmail.com to resolve.
