Each eclectiQuas item is made to order, and we take great care to inspect each order before mailing to make certain that what was ordered is what will be received. Shipping Policy

All orders will ship in 1-5 business days from when the order was received, except for custom orders. Custom orders will ship 5-10 business days from when we receive design approval.

Free shipping is provided with USPS Ground Advantage. For faster shipping, please upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express during checkout.

Shipping transit speed is determined by the postage that is chosen at the time of checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates made by USPS, and postal delays are unpredictable. eclectiQuas is unable to guarantee delivery dates.
- eclectiQuas is not responsible for refunding or replacing orders that have been marked "Delivered" by USPS. If you did not receive your package, but USPS marked it as delivered, please contact your local post office for delivery.

All eclectiQuas items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, and both returns and exchanges must be approved prior to return of merchandise. Please contact us within 48 hours of package delivery with any problems with your order.

To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same salabe condition that you received it. Damage caused by the customer is not considered a reason for product return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for their exchange to eclectiQuas. If you are returning or exchanging an item over $50, please consider using a shipping service that will provide a tracking number, and/or purchasing shipping insurance, to ensure the item you want to return or exchange reaches us. We are not responsible for providing refunds or exchanges for items that are never delivered to our studio.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds and exchanges will only be provided upon receipt of returned merchandise that is in unused and salable condition. Exchanged items that were originally shipped with free shipping, will ship with regular shipping costs at the customers expense. Any differences in price, between shipping costs or the item being exchanged with the new item, will result in either a refund for that difference or a request to compensate for the new price.

If your package was damaged during transit, please contact us at eclectiQuas.info@gmail.com to resolve. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, so that we can file a claim with USPS.
